Bonnie Brown, Ph.D., M.Ed., is the lead epidemiologist for Drug Free Manatee. Dr. Brown has a doctoral degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. Her area of research focuses on educational outcomes for high-risk youth, substance use among adolescents, and child and family studies. She is a native of the Suncoast and is excited to be part of an organization working to better our community.
